Q: When and where is APIC 2013?


A: APIC 2013 will be held Saturday, June 8 through Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Q: When should I arrive and depart from Fort Lauderdale?


A: Plan to arrive early and stay late! Please note the new schedule: Saturday – Monday. APIC encourages attendees to arrive on Friday to participate in the Welcome Reception.

Q: How do I present an abstract at APIC 2013?


A: The call for abstracts will be open from September 24 – December 10, 2012. Full information on how to submit a proposal will be posted on the conference home page as soon as it opens.

Q: When and how do I make my hotel reservations?


A: A full list of hotels with information on how to make your reservations will be posted on the website Dec. 3.

Q: Why should I stay in one of the conference hotels?


A: By staying in one of the official conference hotels you will receive a complimentary shuttle bus pass to transport you to and from the convention center and all APIC events. You will also be guaranteed a great room at a great rate.
