Cancellation policies

Registration cancellation policy:

  • All cancellation requests must be received in writing  (fax or email) by APIC headquarters prior to the start of the conference on June 4, 2012. No-shows are non-refundable.
  • An 80 percent refund will be given if cancellation request is received prior to May 4, 2012.
  • After May 4, 2012, refund requests will be considered only in the event of extenuating circumstances.

Please note that cancellations will not be accepted for membership.

 

Program cancellation policy:

In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, APIC will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. APIC assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airfare tickets; deposits for hotel accommodations; or any other fees, charges, penalties, or incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of cancellation.
